From the bungalow it is a 2 minute walk further into the village where you will find the local pub The Heron Inn and Malpas Marina. Travel by boat from Malpas and visit Falmouth, St Mawes, or Trelissick Gardens. Within a quarter of a mile is a riverside woodland walk to St Clements. In the opposite direction you will find Sunny Corner, the beautiful Boscawen Park complete with its Duck Pond, Tennis Courts, Childrens' Playground, Football Pitch, Cricket Ground and the relaxing Park Restaurant. St Agnes is a 20 minute drive away.
