Directions to the Bungalows
On the A30 from Bodmin turn Right at the Chiverton Roundabout onto the B 3277.
Once in St Agnes...
...for Fairlawns follow the road to the end of the main street the Church will be on your Right, turn Left up Trevaunance Road. Take the second Right down Rocky Lane and then the first Left. Fairlawns will be seen on your Left
...for Little Meadows and The Studio follow the one way system past the Church on your Right, down Town Hill to the mini roundabout. Carry on straight up the hill onto the Perranporth road, take the first turning on your Left sign posted to Wheal Kitty. At the T-Junction turn Left, after approximately 150 yards the road narrows down with blue signs stating 'No entry 120 yards ahead'. Turn Left into the lane at the signs. Atlantic Mews new houses are immediately on your Left, turn Right at this point into the lane and follow to the end.

Directions to Riverside Retreat
On the A30 from Bodmin turn left at the Carland Cross roundabout on to the A39, follow the signs for Truro. Once in Truro, at the first set of lights turn right, carry straight on down the hill until the first roundabout. Take the left lane and the second exit signposted Malpas. Once passed the sign to Malpas Village (Approx 1.5m) "Riverside Retreat" is the third property on your left.
