The lounge is a large comfortable room with a picture window overlooking the front garden and taking in distant sea views. The lounge furniture consists of a contemporary 3 & 2 seater settees + chair, colour TV, CD Player, DVD player and video recorder, also various occasional tables and bookcases.


There is also a Snug (2nd Lounge) with access to the rear garden and patio areas. The Snug is a cosy room for two with its own TV and chairs. A perfect place to escape from the children or vice versa!


The kitchen/diner is newly refurbished offering a bright airy room with modern light units, to include cooker with double oven and ceramic hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The dining area has a large table and seating for 6.


The bathroom is a generously proportioned room with a bath & shower, wash basin and WC. There is also a cloakroom with WC & wash basin.


The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table, wardrobe, TV, hairdryer and a mini safe. This room also has sea glimpses and benefits from the morning sun. There are two more bedrooms; the second having a double bed with bedside cabinets and wardrobe, and the third which has a single bed with wardrobe and cabinet area.


Fairlawns does not share the same views as Little Meadows and The Studio but does have some distant sea views and a very sunny private garden with 2 patio areas. It is literally down the hill to the beautiful Trevaunance Cove. (Photo above shows your view as you walk down to the beach)


Central heating, electric and all bedding is included. Your beds will be made up for your arrival. Please being your own towels. Parking in own private drive.
