| 1. Bookings: |
The accommodation shall only be used by the persons listed on the booking form. We regret that we cannot accept booking from all male or female parties. You will receive confirmation of your booking, receipts are not given for the balance sum of the holiday, should this be required please send a S.A.E with your balance.

| 2. Payments: |
Card payments can be used for ‘same day’ bookings.
A deposit of 25% is made to secure your booking – the balance sum is due at least one month before the commencement of the holiday. Any bookings taken under one month in advance, the full cost of the holiday is payable.

| 3. Arrivals: |
Arrivals are expected between 3.00pm (4.00pm for Fairlawns) and 6.00pm, if you expect to arrive after 6.00pm please inform us. Collections from bus / train stations can be made by prior arrangement.

| 4. Cancellations: |
Your booking deposit is not refundable. If however we receive written notice from you at least 14 days before your holiday date, and we are able to re-let the accommodation it will be refunded less administration. You are strongly advised to insure against cancellation, we enclose a proposal form for your convenience with the confirmation.

| 5. Security Deposit: |
A security deposit is payable with the balance sum this is held by Atlantic Coast Holidays to cover losses, damage and additional cleaning charges if the bungalow is left in an unsatisfactory condition. Charges for extra services provided by the owners such as the provision of groceries, fuel, hire of additional bedding/towels etc., may also be deducted.
This deposit, less any charges, will normally be refunded within fourteen days of the end of the holiday except in those cases where an estimate has to be obtained for the cost of repair or replacement.
The hirer is responsible for the bungalow and its contents, and on departure, left clean and tidy as found.

| 6. General: |
The proprietors do not accept liability for any personal injury sustained by any visitor to the premises or loss or damage to personal property brought onto the site however caused.
The proprietors reserve the right to change the layout of the bungalows.
The accommodation includes a television. At least one person listed on the booking form must hold a TV licence for a set not being used at home during their holiday.
The accommodation has no provision for smokers or pets.
